PLAYER OF THE WEEK:
Leila Chambers, OF, Jr., 6-4, Molena, Ga. - Jacksonville State
Chambers went 4-for-6 with two home runs and seven RBI during the Murray State doubleheader. For the week, . he posted an .846 slugging percentage. In the first game versus the Racers, Chambers went 2-for-3 with a three-run home run and an RBI to lead the Gamecocks to a 7-3 win. In the nightcap, she went 2-for-3 with another three-run home run.

PITCHER OF THE WEEK:
Haley Chambers-Book, LHP, R-Sr., 5-7, Coatesville, Ind. - SIUE
Chambers-Book took a no-hitter into the seventh inning of the first game with UT Martin. She recorded a pair of shutouts last week and did not give up an earned run. She threw a four-hit shutout on the road against Southern Illinois. She struck out 20 batters in 16.2 innings. Chambers-Book collected her 14th and 15th win of the season.
