Roberts
Bailie is a
junior forward from Maryville,
Tenn. She has started every game
so far this season and is leading the team in scoring. We asked Bailie a few
questions and below are her answers.
Who is your idol and why?
"My parents
because they've raised my brother and I to be respectful and have pushed me to
work hard and always give my full effort in all that I do. They've shown me how to act in the right way."
If you weren't a basketball
student-athlete, what sport would you play and why?
"I would
play softball. I played softball all the
way through my senior year in high school and had different opportunities to
pursue that but chose to play basketball."
Who is your celebrity crush?
Ryan
Gosling
If you were on a deserted island,
what would your one luxury item be and why?
"My phone
because it can keep me entertained with games and music."
What is one thing people would be
surprised to find out about you?
"I like to
watch the food network channel."
What is the best part of being a
student-athlete?
"You get
opportunities that some regular students don't get, and you get to have
relationships with other athletes and support each other in each other's
sports."
What is your favorite OVC campus to
play at (besides your own) and why?
"Tennessee
Tech, because it is so close to home and my friends and family can come and
watch me."
